The Committee on the Rule of Law and Justice recommends that the Parliament should refer for refinement the draft law on amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine (re provision of European standards of openness in judicial system)

The bill (Reg. No. 2019) aims at creating legal mechanism of prevention and counteraction to corruption in judicial system in Ukraine, and implementation of the principle of publicity and openness in court procedure.

The bill suggests to amend and supplement the laws “On the Judicial System” and “On the access to court decisions”
